This privacy policy explains how DRW AI handles your personal data when you visit our website or get in touch with us. We only process what we need to respond to you and deliver our services, and we handle it carefully and in line with the GDPR (AVG).

Who is responsible for your data

DRW AI is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@drw-ai.com for any question about your data or this policy.

What data we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• Your industry or sector
• The content of your message
• Basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, collected automatically to keep the site secure and, if enabled, to understand how it is used.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry, to schedule a demo if you request one, and to provide our services. The legal basis is your consent when you choose to contact us, and our legitimate interest in answering and following up on your request. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the service providers (processors) we need to run the site and respond to you. Each processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement:

• Resend: delivers the email generated by our contact form to our inbox.
• Cal.com: powers the optional demo-booking calendar.
• Vercel: hosts the website.
• Google Analytics: measures website usage (only if analytics is enabled).

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and no longer than necessary for our administration. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data erased
• Restrict or object to our processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw your consent at any time

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses only functional cookies that are necessary for it to work, specifically a small cookie that remembers your language preference. We do not use tracking, advertising or profiling cookies, so no cookie consent banner is required. If you use the demo-booking widget on the contact page, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) may set its own cookies so the booking works. We do not currently use analytics cookies; if we ever enable analytics, we will only do so with your consent.

How we protect your data

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
