When the agent isn't confident about an email, for example because the topic is complex, the tone is sensitive or the question falls outside the knowledge base, it flags the message directly for you. Nothing disappears: the email lands in your inbox with a clear label so you can handle it yourself. The agent never responds on its own when it's unsure.
Yes. Your emails stay within your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment. We don't store message content on external servers. The agent only has the access strictly needed to read emails and create drafts. We process data in compliance with GDPR and can provide a data processing agreement on request.
We support Gmail (Google Workspace) and Microsoft 365 (Outlook). These are the two most widely used platforms among Dutch freelancers and small businesses. Using something else? Get in touch and we'll look at the options together.
No. We handle the entire setup. All you need to do is be available for the intake call (about 45 minutes) and approve the test run. Everything technical, from the connection and the configuration to the knowledge base, is on us. After go-live you have a simple overview to monitor the agent, without needing to understand a single line of code.
That depends on your choice and your plan. On the Starter plan the agent only drafts replies, and you approve every message before it's sent. On Growth and Premium plans you can have certain email types handled fully automatically. You decide which categories can be answered automatically and which always go through you. You stay in control.
On average one week. Day one is the intake call. We then build the knowledge base and configure the agent, which takes two to three days. Then you go through a test run of one to two days where you review the drafts. Once you're happy, the agent goes live. We're sometimes faster, but one week is a safe estimate.
No problem. We work on a monthly basis, with no annual contract and no cancellation penalty. Cancel whenever you like and we handle the offboarding cleanly. Access to your inbox is revoked immediately and we delete all temporary configuration data on our end.
Yes. We process email content solely to deliver the service and do not store personal data outside your own Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 environment. AI processing runs through providers that meet European data residency requirements. On request we sign a data processing agreement with you as the data controller. Our agents fall into the low-risk category of the EU AI Act: they draft replies, sort messages and research prospects. They don't make decisions with significant consequences for people. We deliberately keep them out of high-risk uses, such as assessing or selecting job applicants. When an agent sends a message without a human check, the recipient is told that AI was involved. And during onboarding we make sure your team knows how the agent works and where its limits are.
